How are the cookies shipped to ensure freshness?
Our cookies are baked fresh daily and shipped via expedited services. Each cookie is individually wrapped to maintain its signature texture and flavor during transit.
Can I schedule a delivery for a specific date?
Yes, you can select a preferred delivery date during the checkout process. We recommend choosing a date 1-2 days before your event to account for any carrier delays.
Do you offer gluten-free or vegan options?
We currently offer a delicious Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip Walnut cookie. While we do not have a vegan option at this time, we are always experimenting with new recipes in our test kitchen.
What is the best way to reheat my cookies?
For that fresh-out-of-the-oven experience, we recommend heating your cookies in a 350°F oven for 5 to 10 minutes until they are warm and gooey.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact our team within 14 days and we will make it right.
How long do the cookies stay fresh?
Our cookies are best enjoyed within 5-7 days of arrival. If you want to save them for later, they can be frozen for up to 30 days in an airtight container.
